It is very gentle, beginner friendly, suitable and enjoyable for all levels, including seniors.
Despite the limitations you may have, Chair Yoga has many benefits including:
Increased Flexibility
Improved Strength
Improved Self Awareness
Reduced Stress
We will use some props such as a yoga strap, tennis balls, blankets and yoga blocks.
We will stay for a cup of tea and chats afterwards!
